CallMiner partners with Microsoft to deliver AI-powered conversational intelligence for businesses

CallMiner, a conversation intelligence provider, is collaborating with Microsoft to expand its use of Microsoft Azure artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities.

CallMiner’s AI-powered conversation intelligence platform uses machine learning to improve contact centre efficiency, customer experience and business performance improvement.

The collaboration with Microsoft will allow the firm to augment its current AI capabilities with Azure Cognitive Services to help it meet the needs of customers more quickly and securely.

CallMiner will gain access to early release versions of OpenAI models in conjunction with Azure Speech to Text, which will improve the accuracy and comprehension of machine learning conversation intelligence.
