Happy holidays to all Technology Record readers!

Check out some of the highlights from our coverage in 2021

Elly Yates-Roberts |

As 2021 closes and we take a short break for the holidays, the team at Technology Record would like to wish our readers all the best for the festive season and the new year.

If you have some spare time during the holidays, why not catch up on some of our highlights from 2021?

We have been privileged to hear from leading Microsoft executives this year, including corporate vice president of consumer goods and retail Shelley Bransten, who discussed how Covid-19 has helped retailers drive sales, corporate vice president of worldwide public sector Julia Glidden, who shared Microsoft’s plans to shape the future of public service delivery, and corporate vice president of channel sales and channel chief Rodney Clark, who spoke about taking on his dream role at Microsoft.

Our magazine cover stories have focused on: how enterprises are prioritising sustainability, the Internet of Things as an agent of change and the increasing adoption of Microsoft’s Industry Cloud platforms.

We also explored how to combat financial crime with artificial intelligence; how to attract, develop and retain skilled workers through technology; the driving of customer loyalty through analytics and machine learning; transformational change in the automotive and transportation industries; ‘the use of data to improve ‘smart cities’, and much more.

If you haven’t done so already, please subscribe to receive Technology Record magazine each quarter. Our next issue will be published in early 2022. Many thanks to all our readers and partners that have supported Technology Record in 2021. We look forward to bringing you more exclusive insights and updates from Microsoft and its partners next year.

Here’s to a happy, healthy and prosperous 2022!
