RSA Conference 2024: Microsoft to showcase latest innovation for securing and governing AI

Microsoft will showcase its latest innovation for securing and governing artificial intelligence, Microsoft Copilot for Security, at the RSA Conference in San Francisco, California, from 6 to 9 May 2024. 

At Microsoft Pre-Day on 5 May, Vasu Jakkal, corporate vice president of Microsoft security business, and Charlie Bell, executive vice president of Microsoft security, will share their perspectives on AI-powered security, innovations in end-to-end protection, and more. They will also reflect on the latest developments in cybersecurity and AI, as well as how the global community of cyber professionals can work together for a more secure future. There will also be a networking reception. 

Microsoft product experts will also host demonstrations and talks at the RSA Conference, which will focus on cybersecurity. Jakkal will give a keynote on 7 May, sharing insights on how AI is evolving, how it is impacting the threat landscape, and how organisations can increase security. 

Other keynote speakers at the conference will include: Rumman Chowdhury, responsible AI fellow at the Berkman Klein Center at Harvard University; Harry Coker, Jr, national cyber director for the US White House; Whitfield Diffie, honourary fellow at Gonville and Caius College at the University of Cambridge; Nathaniel Fick, ambassador at large for cyberspace and digital policy for the US Department of State; and Daniel Rohrer, vice president of software product security, architecture and research at NVIDIA. 

The Microsoft Security Hub at The Palace Hotel will host numerous sessions and ancillary events. Attendees also have the opportunity to schedule meetings with Microsoft experts and delve into the Cyber Threat Intelligence Program’s interactive experience from the Microsoft Digital Crimes Unit.
