Retailers are increasingly choosing accounts payable automation provider MediusFlow for its cloud-based solutions. Christian Dior, Puma North America and Plantagen are among the company’s newest clients.

In 2018 the firm emerged as the preferred AP automation solution for retailers worldwide. Its cloud-based solution offers advanced invoice matching and automation capabilities tailored to the requirements and challenges of retail. Other recent customers include Canada Goose, Hemtex and J Lindeberg.

Its success has been down to a few main factors. MediusFlow offers solutions to  complex invoice scenarios that retailers experience, including having the ability to capture detailed order data and advanced, line-level matching capabilities.

Retailers need to streamline their operations to compete in the fast-paced industry with such high consumer expectations. MediusFlow enables retailers to automate 68% of invoice processes on average. The firm’s easy integration with Microsoft Dynamics has also enhanced its success as this is the ERP most commonly used by retailers.

“We are very pleased to see that our investments in product innovation to support the specific challenges of retail businesses are appreciated and acknowledged,” said Per Åkerberg, CEO of Medius. “Our team has extensive experience helping retailers solve complex invoice matching and reporting problems, which we have successfully turned into best-practices that our entire customer base can leverage.”
