Sitecore, a provider of digital experience solutions, has fully integrated its Sitecore OrderCloud solution with Microsoft Fabric.

The solution delivers a range of commerce capabilities that enable brands to consolidate the management of their commerce channels into a single marketplace for their customers.

The integration with Microsoft Fabric will unlock these capabilities in Microsoft Cloud for Retail with artificial intelligence and analytic tools that will allow organisations to further utilise their data.

“Sitecore OrderCloud's integration with Microsoft Fabric will accelerate retailers’ ability to unify data across systems, helping them take advantage of AI-powered enhancements and ultimately delivering a unified, channel-less shopping experience that meets today’s shopper expectations,” said Martin Kostal, general manager of Microsoft Cloud for Retail at Microsoft.

Users will also be able to access other tools in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft Copilot for Power BI, monitor key insights across teams and improve productivity by combining content management and commerce delivery in one place.

Sitecore and Microsoft are presenting the integration at NRF 2024 from 14-16 January. Find out more about the event on our website
