Digital rights management (DRM) provider EZDRM has released its DRM-as-a-service (DRMaaS) solution to Microsoft Azure customers worldwide via Azure Marketplace.

Azure customers now have access to the complete spectrum of tools necessary for protecting their live and on-demand video content. They will also benefit from the scalability, reliability and agility of Azure to improve video service delivery.

“Microsoft’s digital rights management technologies, like PlayReady, have set a high bar in the field of media content security,” said Olga Kornienko, chief operating officer and co-founder of EZDRM. “The team at EZDRM also leverages the most advanced options in microservices implementation within the Azure cloud to deliver these advanced technologies as a simple service. Building on over 20 years of experience, our Azure Marketplace cloud offering enables EZDRM to evolve as rapidly as the global aspirations of its service operator customers.”

EZDRM hopes that releasing DRMaaS on the Azure Marketplace will accelerate time-to-value and drive business success for its customers. “We’re pleased to welcome EZDRM to the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, which gives our partners great exposure to cloud customers around the globe,” said Jake Zborowski, general manager of the Microsoft Azure platform at Microsoft. “Azure Marketplace offers world-class quality experiences from global trusted partners with solutions tested to work seamlessly with Azure.”
