Bank Mandiri adopts Microsoft cloud and AI

Indonesian state-owned Mandiri Bank is adopting Microsoft cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to help it compete in a digital-first world. The modern IT solutions will improve the bank’s customer satisfaction, risk management, employee collaboration and business processes.

The adoption of AI and intelligent cloud solutions is expected to transform Bank Mandiri’s operations, to be more efficient and effective. Microsoft’s cloud-scale infrastructure, AI and machine learning will analyse vast quantities of data to help the bank make more informed decisions and make operations more efficient and effective.
