Users can capture and analyse all communications made through the collaboration platform

Software company Verint Systems has launched its new Microsoft Teams recording integration, which enables users to capture and analyse all communications made through the collaboration platform.

The solution includes a comprehensive range of compliance capture capabilities which, according to Verint, allow businesses to fully control the recording policy down to a user or group level.

“As today’s teams are increasingly comprised of remote workers who are dispersed around the globe, the seamless collaboration environment offered by Microsoft Teams is becoming even more essential, as is the assurance that organisations remain compliant,” said Mike Ammerlaan, director of Microsoft 365 Ecosystem. “Verint’s native compliance recording integration with Microsoft Teams empowers businesses to address compliance requirements while leveraging the market’s leading digital collaboration solution.”

Verint will showcase the integration as part of its virtual customer engagement conference on 20-21 May.
