The new episode of ClickLearn’s podcast, Digital Adoption Talks, focuses on artificial intelligence with the discussion covering Microsoft Copilot developments and ClickLearn’s integration with OpenAI.
In the episode titled ‘Workflow learning evolution: new possibilities with AI’, RSM US director Dian Taylor joins podcast hosts, Microsoft most valuable professional Rick McCutcheon and ClickLearn CEO Joachim Schiermacher, to discuss how AI is helping to drive digital technology adoption and how businesses can get to the forefront of this.
“If you have a good digital adoption strategy, you’re going to have much better and more efficient workflows,” said Taylor. “People are going to be more efficient, so productivity is going to be much better, it’s almost like a domino effect.”
Taylor and the hosts also discuss the importance of partners having conversations about digital adoption with clients in the early stages of a project, and ways user adoption can be extended across multiple applications and workflows.
