PwC is to expand its alliance with Microsoft to better support clients that are pursuing large-scale digital, cloud and business transformation using Microsoft technology.

PwC firms across the global will use Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, Office 365, Power BI, the Cortana Intelligence Suite, Azure IoT Suite and cybersecurity services to develop industry-specific solutions to help clients.

“PwC has helped deliver industry capabilities and solutions to help organisations engage their customers, empower their employees, optimise their operations and transform their products,” said Judson Althoff, executive vice president of Worldwide Commercial Business at Microsoft. “The expansion of our alliance to include the full Microsoft platform, coupled with our combined capabilities and vision, will help clients accelerate their digital transformation journey. We are excited to continue our work with PwC across the globe.”

According to PwC, the expanded alliance will enable it to help clients harness the potential of digital transformation so they can deliver greater business value and impact.

"Companies embarking on digital transformation are looking to enhance their competitive advantage in an increasingly dynamic and digital world," said Mohamed Kande, PwC’s executive sponsor for the Microsoft Alliance. "By partnering with Microsoft, PwC has provided business insights, industry expertise and innovative solutions enabled by the Microsoft platform to help enterprise clients achieve their digital and business transformation objectives. This new alliance positions both PwC and Microsoft to expand on the work we have already done together to deliver business led, technology enabled transformation to our customers.”
