Finastra has made its investment management solution, Fusion Invest, available to customers through the Microsoft Azure cloud. The move will help customers to “access new markets, differentiate their investment products for their clients, and support regulatory change,” says Younes Guemouri, senior vice president and general manager at Finastra.

Fusion Invest is designed to help investment managers perform better in an increasingly regulated and complex market. Asset managers can now access investment management tools without deploying hardware on their premises. Finastra says that the cloud also delivers “increased agility to scale and grow and to access innovative new products and services, available through the FusionFabric.cloud open developer platform”.

“Fusion Invest in the cloud bypasses many of the shortfalls of on-premises software,” said Guemouri.  “Underpinned by Microsoft Azure, customers can onboard quickly and benefit from access to robust and secure investment management technology that works in real-time. There is no hardware to install or support, minimising the total cost of ownership. We're excited about the opportunity to support our customers on their technology transformation journeys.”
