A growing number of businesses are investing in decision intelligence platforms, according to new figures from both Orbus Software and market intelligence firm Reports Publisher.

A report by the latter indicated that the global decision intelligence market is projected to grow from $10 billion in 2022 to $22.7 billion by 2027, highlighting its value in enhancing organisational performance while improving customer experiences.

Business technology provider Orbus Software has seen increased global demand for decision intelligence platforms, attributing it as one of the primary reasons for the 123 per cent growth in its annual recurring revenue in 2022. In a recent news story, the firm also credits its own ability to help customers optimise their complex digital environments via its iServer365 Suite as another reason for its growth. The iServer365 Suite helps businesses to improve decision-making and achieve their digital transformation objectives by giving them a greater understanding of current operations and challenges.

“2022 was a pivotal year for Orbus Software, as the macroeconomic headwinds highlighted the need for enterprises and government agencies to increase visibility of key elements of their businesses in order to execute strategic decisions and transform with increasing confidence,” said Gareth Burton, CEO of Orbus Software. “Our software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution provides customers with an unprecedented level of transparency and control, being the bridge connecting business and technology.”

The growth that Orbus Software has seen has been recognised by Gartner in its 2022 Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Architecture Tools, as well as Forrester in The Forrester Wave: Enterprise Architecture Management Suites, Q1 2023. According to Orbus Software, these reports show an increasing number of customers turning to iServer365 for its powerful analytics features and seamless integration with Microsoft 365.

“The recognition of our SaaS platform validates our product strategy and serves as a clear mandate to continue accelerating the development of our innovative decision intelligence platform, which builds on our 20 years of experience in enterprise architecture tools,” said Rupert Colbourne, chief technology officer of Orbus Software.
