Microsoft enters three-year partnership with Almirall to advance research into medical dermatology

Almirall, a global pharmaceutical organisation focused on medical dermatology, has entered a three-year partnership with Microsoft with the aim of advancing its digital transformation and research into medical solutions. 

The firms will work together to establish a joint digital office that will focus on enhancing Almirall’s current unified data platform and applying generative artificial intelligence to help it advance research into medical solutions for dermatological diseases. 

Almirall will also establish a new technology-supported data management model to optimise access to data through data governance and digital identity management.
