City National Bank is rolling out a range of Microsoft Surface Pro tablets to improve employee mobility, deliver a better experience for its customers and drive revenue growth.
The flexibility of Surface Pro provides City National Bank’s employees with a laptop replacement for desktop productivity, as well as a tablet to deliver a high level of customer service.
“We looked at multiple options out there and as soon as we saw the Surface device we recognised right away that this was a unique device that really fit the bill for what we are looking for,” said Jim Ellaboudy, City National Bank’s senior vice president of Business and Technology Services.
Based in Los Angeles, City National Bank is a private and business bank. The 25th largest in the US, the bank has more than US$29 billion in assets and 77 offices in five US states.
