Formpipe and DXC Technology have helped technology solutions distributor Midwich transform its document management processes. Using Formpipe’s Lasernet offering, the firm has improved its brand identity and reduced labour costs associated with manually customising Dynamics 365 documents.
As part of its Dynamics 365 implementation, Midwich needed a solution that could help it to manage its output documents, including invoices, remittance advice, purchase orders, and customer account statements, across its multiple subsidiaries and in various languages.
DXC recommended Lasernet to address Midwich’s document challenges. Formpipe says that “the transition to Lasernet provided Midwich with a cost-effective solution to best represent its corporate identity in customer-facing documents”. In addition, Lasernet has enabled Midwich to quickly and cost-effectively design and edit documents in-house.
DXC and Formpipe worked with Midwich to deploy and configure the solution, with full implementation taking just under nine months.

According to Formpipe, “Midwich has completely transformed the way it communicates the brand in business documents” by adopting Lasernet. It has enabled Midwich to digitise communications with customers, and the multilingual capability allows the firm to reuse templates with different languages.
