eTail UK invites delegates from the European retail industry to learn about the latest ecommerce and omnichannel solutions that are transforming the sector.

The event will be hosted by WBR at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre in London, UK, on 25-26 April 2023.

eTail will cover the latest technology-based business strategies and provide multiple networking opportunities to connect the retail community. They will include interactive sessions, themed summit sessions, retailer-only roundtables, women in retail networking groups and scheduled meet-ups at the Innovation Theater. There will also be a cocktail hour, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and a ‘Cheers with Peers Pairings’ event.

The speaker programme features over 70 retail experts, who will be sharing their insights on omnichannel strategies, retail innovations, the use of digital tools to build brand loyalty and more.

The first day of the event will cover digital innovations and growth strategies and the second day will focus on customer engagement, experience and personalisation.

eTail will also host over 1,000 retailers including Adidas, Boots, John Lewis, LEGO, Tesco and Wickes.
