European Banking Forum: digital transformation in retail banking 2019

The European Banking Forum (EBF) is returning for its seventeenth year this year in London. Digital Transformation in Retail Banking 2019 provides delegates with the chance to meet, engage and discuss the current issues affecting the retail banking industry in Europe.

The event brings together around 200 leaders from across retail banking to discuss the biggest challenges currently facing their market, including digital transformation, changing consumer demands, the rise of fintechs and new technologies.

This year’s event was created to not only discuss, but also answer some of the more pressing issues arising from the new digital landscape. As such, each session aims to offer delegates practical examples of issues facing the market and how to overcome them through a series of case studies, panel debates, fireside chats and roundtable discussions.

This event provides a space for executives from technology, innovation, business development and customer experience to discuss solutions to increase customer acquisition and retention and improve operational efficiency.
