Global multi-line insurance provider Zurich Insurance Company (Zurich) is to implement DXC Technology’s MyWorkStyle solution to create a more secure and modern digital workplace for its employees across the world.

Zurich has extended its master services agreement with DXC (originally signed in 2008 and extended in 2014) until December 2022 to support its plans to deliver next-generation end-user IT services to its global workforce. This will ensure that DXC remains Zurich’s preferred systems integrator for digital workplace and mobility solutions.

“At Zurich we are committed to invest in the agility and modernisation of our systems and provide a digital workplace of the future for our workforce,” said Thomas Kropp, group chief IT services officer at Zurich. “It is part of our strategy to invest in innovation and digitalisation to enhance our operations and to better serve our customers.”

DXC’s MyWorkStyle solution will provide Zurich’s thousands of employees with a consumer-like experience for workplace solutions, PC device management and Microsoft Windows 10 for greater collaboration and connectivity. In addition, DXC will provide security services for end user devices.

“DXC has been a dedicated service provider to Zurich for 14 years,” said Mike Lawrie, chairman, president and CEO of DXC Technology. “It demonstrates the success of our long-standing relationship and confidence in DXC’s strong insurance, workplace, mobility and security capabilities.”
