IT solution firm Wipro has launched a new Microsoft Business Unit to help customers drive innovation and modernisation using Microsoft’s cloud services.

The initiative will comprise a team of trained and certified Azure consultants and specialists, offering domain-based solutions and accelerators. For example, Wipro’s Cloud Studio will be available to migrate workloads to Microsoft Azure, Data and Microsoft Dynamics 365. The Business Unit will also feature Wipro’s LiVE Workspace solution which helps customers create a future-ready workplace where applications and data can be accessed remotely and at any time.

Customers can also access Wipro’s Data Discovery Platform which uses machine learning and data analysis to provide insights and inform decision making.

“At Microsoft, digital transformation is a core focus that enables organisations to improve how they engage customers, empower employees, optimise operations and transform products,” said Judson Althoff, executive vice president of Microsoft. “Our expanded partnership with Wipro will allow them to better serve customers’ digital needs by leveraging Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Dynamics 365.”
