Red Box launches Compliance Recording for Microsoft Teams
Voice specialist’s new product can capture and retain communications on virtual platform

Voice software provider Red Box has launched its new Compliance Recording solution for Microsoft Teams.

 

This solution, currently in the process of being certified within Microsoft’s new Compliance Recording independent software vendor partner program, has been designed to support organisations with secure and scalable capture, retrieval, archiving and retention of Microsoft Teams communications.

 

“With thousands of our customers operating in regulated industries, the compliance recording solution for Microsoft Teams is a key integration on our connectivity roadmap,” said Pete Ellis, chief product officer of Red Box. “Secure resilient capture of high quality voice and metadata and our breadth of connectivity is also core to our integration with Dynamics 365 customer service insights and sales insights, and other AI and analytics partners, providing customers with access to a rich data set that can be turned into actionable insights.”

 

Red Box will offer flexible deployment options, both in the cloud and on-premise online. is the firms says this is important for industries such as financial services and contact centres re-thinking their localisation strategies and seeking to capitalise on the benefits of collaboration tools.

 

The Red Box platform also provides application programming interfaces that provide organisations with control over, and access to, captured Microsoft Teams communications.
