Finovate Europe 2014: Microsoft partner Etronika selected as a Best of Show Winner

Microsoft Partner Etronika has been named a Best of Show Winner at Finovate Europe 2014, which was held 11 and 12 February 2014 at Old Billingsgate Market Hall in London. The company won the accolade for its multi-channel partnership ecosystem within its solution Banktron.

After watching the 67 demoing companies showcase their newest innovations on stage in front of a sold out auditorium, the audience voted for its three favourite demos at the end of each day. The nine companies with the highest number of votes were crowned winners.

Etronika’s solution Banktron enables banks to provide personalised and tailored services to the customer via multiple channels, with much attention drawn to mobile. Etronika CEO Kęstutis Gardžiulis explained at the event: “Our flagship product Banktron is enriched with data analysis, fraud prevention engines, and a customer loyalty platform, which increases customer engagement and eases the determination of a full customer’s profile based on behavioural patterns. Providing tailored marketing campaigns and enhancing fraud prevention – a way to retain a satisfied customer.”

Other Microsoft partners crowned winners at the show include Misys, which won for its cross-generational digital banking experience, and Luxoft, for its iStockTrack, an app that gives users a single place to connect with their investment life.
