Microsoft partner interworks.cloud is now integrated with Microsoft Electronic Service Delivery (ESD). The fully-integrated tools save both time and money for distributors.
ESD provides a marketplace that aims to drive revenues. It offers customers improved service levels, as boxed products are eliminated, making stock holding and lost packages a thing of the past. It also presents a revenue opportunity because resellers can sell other software and hardware, as well as place orders 24/7 from anywhere in the world.
