GSMA has officially announced additional speakers and agenda details of MWC Shanghai 2019, which will take place on 26-28 June. Highlights include the 4 Years From Now conference and Artificial Intelligence Accelerate Programme.
This year’s event will feature 4 Years From Now (4YFN), GSMA’s start-up focused conference. Organisations such as Cathay Innovation, Momentum Works, Tusstar and Chinaccelerator will bring innovative start-ups to the event.
Speakers at the conference include executives from Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund, ATM Capital, General Electric Power, Lenovo Group and Shenzhen Valley Ventures.
“Intelligent Connectivity, encompassing 5G, artificial intelligence (AI), internet of things and big data, is paving the way for a new era which is set to impact almost every aspect of our daily lives,” said John Hoffman, CEO of GSMA. “Across MWC19 Shanghai, attendees will have the opportunity to hear from leaders who are driving this innovation globally. The Artificial Intelligence Accelerate Programme will host activities to bring stakeholders together to discuss key policy formulation, drive innovation and explore how the digital economy can use AI. The programme includes events such as AI in Network Seminar, AI Policy Roundtable, Think AI Summit, AI Trust Panels and workshops.
Keynote speeches will come from industry executives from JPMorgan Chase & Co., Qualcomm, GSMA, Grab Group, OneWeb, Telenor Group and ZTE.
