Learn on Demand Systems adds to technical training with acquisition

Learn on Demand Systems has acquired technical training firm Wadeware. The acquisition will enable the firm to offer expanded content development services through Wadeware’s experience and number of experts.

“With more than 20 years in the technology industry, Wadeware is a highly respected partner to some of the world’s leading software companies,” says Corey Hynes, CEO of Learn on Demand Systems. “It’s track record with Microsoft content alone is impressive.

According to Wadeware CEO Bill Wade, the acquisition builds on a partnership of over 10 years of creating Microsoft learning labs with Learn on Demand Systems’ cloud-hosted platform. “Learn on Demand Systems truly cares about its clients – and about the IT professionals those clients support,” he said. “I'm thrilled that Wadeware clients are now Learn on Demand Systems' clients, with all the expertise and benefits that brings.”
