The latest update to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online is now available. Referred to by Microsoft as the Spring 2015 release, this version features a new social centre, enhanced social media tracking capabilities and more – all of which were discussed at Convergence a couple of months ago.
The update also applies to Microsoft Dynamics Marketing and follows the launch of Microsoft Social Engagement (previously known as Social Listening) and a major upgrade to Parature last week.
Customers using the on-premise version of Dynamics CRM will have to wait a little longer to take advantage of the new features available in the Spring release as this update only applies to the online version. No details yet on when an update will be available though.
Speaking about the release, Bob Stutz, corporate vice president of Microsoft Dynamics CRM said that it “takes intelligent customer engagement to the next level by delivering enhancements that help employees be more productive in the office and on the go, make better decisions through key business and customer insight, better serve customers with integrated knowledge management, and increase the impact of marketing investments.”
