New for 2019, the Power Zone will feature four unique sessions in the same room simultaneously, with each session broadcast over its own audio channel. Delegates can also ask questions and request assistance at the ‘Medic Booths’ which will be stationed throughout the event, where experts can provide answers, guidance and advice.

Participants from across the globe can attend over 700 breakout sessions to discuss product functionality, get helpful hints for increasing productivity and swap success stories for getting the most from their solutions. Content is tailored to employees at all levels of the organisation, from introductory classes to the Customer Executive Exchange, a one-day forum for executives from mid-size to enterprise-scale companies to discuss technology strategy and share execution best practices.
