Indian retailer Myntra is using Microsoft Azure to accelerate its digital transformation and offer an ‘unmatched customer experience’. The cloud will help the firm manage seasonal spikes thanks to better access to data analysis and artificial intelligence.

Myntra has migrated its entire platform, including supply chain management, inventory and site capabilities, to Azure for hyper-scale and cost-effective computing.

“As we accelerate our business and grow our value, the ability to scale our technology in a secure environment to accommodate this growth is critical,” said Amar Nagaram, CEO of Myntra. “The Microsoft Azure platform provides our teams with the ability to deliver innovative and personalised capabilities for our customers.”

Microsoft Azure is supporting Myntra’s engineering and product management teams to develop, deploy and test new capabilities. The retailer can also apply advanced analytics and machine learning to its cloud-based data to better understand its customers and deliver personalised products and marketing.

“We are thrilled to partner with Myntra to integrate Azure cloud and analytics capabilities in India’s largest fashion e-tailer,” said Anant Maheshwari, president of Microsoft India. “The solutions we build together will empower Myntra to be the leading fashion e-commerce experience in India.”
