HTNG European Conference to explore AI and virtual reality
Conference to help hoteliers and travel companies find ways to innovate with digital technology

Artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and virtual and augmented reality (VR and AR) will top the bill at the HTNG European Conference from 7-9 November in Prague, Czech Republic.

The conference will provide knowledge, collaboration, networking and business development opportunities, as well as an IT Leadership Panel. The first two days of will be filled with general and concurrent breakout sessions, while the third day will offer hoteliers-only sessions.

Fiji Rugby Sevens coach Ben Ryan (pictured) will give a keynote exploring how hoteliers can take the lessons he’s learned about using technology to attain optimal performance from people and apply them to their businesses.

Conference sessions will explore innovation and how machine learning and AI will impact travel and hospitality companies, how the industry can use machine learning to develop adaptive security, and how they can use AR and VR technologies to increase brand loyalty. Other sessions discussions will cover the steps hospitality and travel organisations can take to become compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation, how they can enhance the guest experience with central authentication, and how they can use blockchain for various applications.
