The Record - Issue 18: Autumn 2020

33 EVENT HIGHLIGHT Dynamic Communities’ Summit North America is our largest in-person event of the year. In fact, we spend almost a full year preparing for it. It’s the customer experience that everyone has learned to expect from us, and we have a bunch of promises that we made pre-pandemic that we need to fulfill. We’re working feverishly to do just that, as we show you how to harness the power of the cloud, how to leverage automation and how to tighten your organisation’s security; bringing you the best virtual event possible on 7-9 October 2020. Companies of all sizes, from global enterprises to local suppliers, are reimagining their businesses in this time when dynamic communities must share tools, resources, and support to redefine our ‘now’, together. While 2020 has been challenging for all, it has also been an important transition year for Dynamic Communities, heightening the need for us to convene to collaborate, learn, and prevail. As always, our passionate team continues to listen to and serve our members, driving investments that fulfil their needs. Our enhanced Community Platform will empower our members to access training and content curated for them, to attend upcoming local and global events, and to engage with like-minded individuals across discussions, content, and solutions; and it will connect customers to key stakeholders and relevant content across the technology sector. The events landscape has changed throughout this tumultuous year, but Dynamic Communities is here to provide best-in-class education, training, and connection to help individuals and organisations succeed.
