New features and improvements include a new Hyper Alarm Server, which offers greater compliance and better performance through new technology. ICONICS’ CFSWorX connected field service solution has added compatibility with Maximo, ServiceNow and Azure Active Directory, joining Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce. Crestron has launched the Crestron Flex Phone, a premium Voice over IP desk phone designed for use with Microsoft Teams. The touchscreen device, available in an 8-inch and 10-inch version, offers a simple click-to-join experience and can be used with or without a handset or headset. The Crestron Flex Phone allows users to receive content, so if someone sends a presentation, the recipient can view it on the screen and pinch-to-zoom the image where necessary, for example for better visuals.
