33 Cybersecurity firm ThreatLocker has partnered with software provider Datto to streamline secure business operations for managed services providers. Customers can now access their Datto Autotask Professional Services Automation (PSA) accounts from within the ThreatLocker portal. “Datto is excited to partner with ThreatLocker, whose platform and seamless integration with Autotask PSA helps partners to securely manage their business operations,” said Joe Rourke, director of product management at Datto. “Partnering with ThreatLocker and their leading cybersecurity solutions, this integration further protects our partners and their clients’ data from malware and malicious threat actors.” ThreatLocker and Datto secure business operations PayiQ supports Faster Payments System in Russia PayiQ has added a new form of payment for Russian markets to its mobile application called the Faster Payments System (FPS). FPS is a service developed by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation that allows people to transfer money online, 24/7, using a mobile phone, irrespective of the payer ’s and receiver ’s banks. The Central Bank of the Russian Federation says that the system has been designed to “raise the quality of payment services, enhance financial inclusion and make payments cheaper for households”. With the new integration, PayiQ now enables passengers to top up a transport card, as well as purchase a mobile ticket, using the FPS. PayiQ says that it was the first mobile application provider to implement FPS, “offering the most efficient solution to pay for transportation services”. Konica Minolta is helping car dealerships better meet the needs of their customers with Automotive CRM. The customer relationship management solution (CRM) – which is built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 – can be connected to an enterprise resource planning tool or dealership management system to provide a full view of the customer. “These are challenging times for automotive dealerships worldwide,” said Jaromir Sponar, European Microsoft Partnership Program Advisor at Konica Minolta. “Every successful sale counts, which is why a powerful CRM solution that enables smart, targeted communication has become a make-or-break factor.
