EPOS launches ADAPT 200 series M247 partners with Geomant for new Microsoft Teams contact centre Cloud services firm M247 has partnered with Geomant to deliver a new contact centre solution for Microsoft Teams. With the new offering, users can access all customer communications and collaboration tools on one platform. The contact centre solution is part of M247’s greater suite of technology for Microsoft Teams, 247Unified, which includes direct routing, real-time reporting and analytics, and recording features. Built on Geomant technology, the solution integrates contact centre features with the Microsoft Teams user interface, which M247 says enables “the redefinition of customer engagement strategies and transformation of business operations”. Liquidware joins Azure programme for virtual desktop deployments Technology firm Liquidware has joined the Microsoft Azure Migrate Program to help businesses fast-track Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) deployments. Liquidware has partnered with Microsoft to ensure enterprises have the resources and licenses to ensure a seamless move to AVD. Using Liquidware’s adaptive workspace management suite, customers can begin working in remote and hybrid environments via the cloud. The firm also provides a free assessment with Stratusphere UX to help customers migrate to AVD. This assessment includes recommendations to right-size for AVD, an inventory of customers’ end-user desktops, current end-user experience scoring, application assessments and more.
