38 MAR K E TWATCH Laurentian Bank of Canada has worked with IT infrastructure services provider Kyndryl to create a new cloud landing zone, leveraging cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure. The landing zone will serve as a foundation on which the bank will deploy its next-generation hybrid multicloud environment. The new environment will enable the bank’s digital services to function efficiently and securely, as well as accelerating the introduction of its digital onboarding solution for its Visa customers. Streaming service provider Netflix has chosen Microsoft as its technology and sales partner to deliver its first advertising-supported subscription plan.
