The first-of-its-kind score offers organisations a quantitative way to measure the quality of experience, track experience level agreements and improve equity during digital meetings. The Experience Score gives organisations visibility into the overall health of collaboration of their business, enabling them to provide a best-in-class digital experience. It does this by combining data points with current research about collaboration science and virtual communication into a single metric that can be benchmarked, making it easy to identify barriers to engagement, productivity and wellness. The Avaya Experience Platform, backed by Microsoft Azure, has now been launched in Australia and New Zealand to enhance hybrid work and customer experiences. Catering to the growing preference for flexible work arrangements, Avaya Experience Platform empowers employees with integrated communication tools and leverages artificial intelligence to streamline customer interactions. The platform can be deployed across multiple cloud environments, allowing businesses to incorporate modern communication channels without disrupting existing systems. This move also presents new revenue opportunities for Avaya and Microsoft partners. Industry experts anticipate improved productivity and stronger customer relationships as a result of this launch.
