82 VIEWPOINT The past four years marked massive shifts in the way the world does its knowledge work – from a universe that was almost fully remote to the current state of hybrid permanence, the need for connectivity in every place that we do business has never been greater. The quality of that connectivity, however, is an ongoing issue for many organisations. When it’s done right, a hybrid meeting can be the most effective way to bring people together.
