So, when SAP Finland wanted to create a new boardroom and event space, an intuitive content and collaboration system was essential. SAP is a global innovator in enterprise applications and business AI. Its Finland headquarters previously relied on traditional meeting rooms for everything from routine discussions to high-stakes conversations. Meanwhile, formal events required the company to partner with external venues. SAP Finland was eager to enhance its workplace experience and expand its capabilities. It launched a project to create two new meeting spaces: a purpose-built boardroom for executive meetings and a versatile multi-purpose event room for larger gatherings. With no prior blueprint for either type of space, the team had a blank canvas to design a premium, futureready collaboration environment powered by the latest and most efficient technologies. SAP Finland turned to long-standing partner, Ictum, to drive this transformation. With more than 20 years of audiovisual (AV) and videoconferencing expertise, the company was a natural fit for the project. Early demonstrations had already given SAP Finland confidence in the Crestron platform.
