To enable AI-driven insights, it developed models that analyse buyer and supplier profiles to recommend solutions like buy now, pay later. A frictionless user experience was achieved by exposing insights through APIs that embed recommendations directly into the Insight Tab. Embedded AI also enhances the customer experience, providing faster, more personalised guidance without adding complexity so customers can make smarter financing decisions in real time – whether extending payment terms, optimising cash flow or strengthening supplier relationships. Future growth is also supported by the secure, scalable Azure architecture.
