They open with what could go wrong, and they end with a list of things the business is not allowed to do. From where I sit, that framing is the actual risk. If security becomes the reason change arrives late, the customer feels the delay long before they ever feel the benefit. The organisations getting this right are running two engines side by side: a repeatable build line that turns AI ideas into production capability, and an always-on security operation that lets those capabilities go live without a leap of faith.
