The company specialises in the design and manufacture of packaging, primarily for the UK drinks sector. Having adopted Office 365 for email, McLaren was interested in how the platform could transform their sales enquiry process. As such, it approached Microsoft partner CompanyNet to explore its options. CompanyNet delivered an intuitive new solution – a platform-independent app, built using Microsoft Power Apps – which lets salespeople securely input enquiries into their system, wherever they are and on any device. The guided process improves information capture and results in quicker and more accurate responses to leads.
