Working with NNUH, we were able to maximise Microsoft Teams interactions following a rigorous change management programme, which ensured consultants were able to continuously deliver excellence during an uncertain time. We also worked with Cumbria Health on Call (CHoC) to create Power BI dashboards to reduce manual processing, saving three hours of critical consultation time per week. When the pandemic struck, data was available in the form of spreadsheets exported from the Attend Anywhere database but involved a large amount of repetitive and manual manipulation to produce regular reports. Video consultation usage increased rapidly, and CHoC were then able to track the increase in usage with the aim of quantifying the benefits of online consultations for their community.” “Over the past 18 months, Nintex has worked even more closely with various public health departments to implement mission critical solutions designed to keep communities and citizens safe. One example is the creation, delivery and tracking of quarantine and isolation orders that result from close contact or positive Covid-19 testing. In this solution, the customer leveraged Nintex Workflow Cloud and coupled it with Microsoft Dynamics 365 to quickly build a solution to manage this process. In another example, a public health organisation needed to more efficiently monitor, track and distribute personal protection equipment (PPE) to their extensive network of non-hospital facilities such as nursing homes, rehabilitation centres and homeless shelters. This solution also leveraged the automation capabilities of Nintex Workflow Cloud, along with Azure SQL, to create an end-to-end solution that allowed facilities to request PPE and allowed the health department to efficiently track census data and streamline distribution.” “Quisitive’s MazikCare solutions are built on the Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare, which brings together proven industry solutions on a scalable, secure platform. This connected capability empowers health team collaboration for the coordination and continuous monitoring of patients through transition management from urgent to chronic care facilities. It drives patient engagement through virtual health offerings and builds relationships through personalised care experiences, enabling easy appointment scheduling, reminders and follow-up communications to atrisk populations to improve patient care outcomes. It makes it faster and easier to provide more efficient care and helps ensure the end-to-end security, compliance and interoperability of health data. Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare and MazikCare IP help healthcare organisations align to their clinical and operational needs, then deploy quickly to empower their digital transformation and design a healthier future for their patients.”
