33 The 2024 NAB Show will bring together thousands of professionals from the broadcast, media and entertainment industries. The event will focus on trends such as artificial intelligence, streaming universes, virtual production, live events and the creator economy, as well as their impact in every area of the media sector, from creation to distribution, management and monetisation. Microsoft will be exhibiting at the event and Andy Beach, chief technology officer, will deliver a keynote on how AI is reshaping reality TV and documentaries. Several Microsoft partners will also be at the event, including Adobe, Ateme, EZDRM, MediaKind, Shure, SwXtch.io and Telstra. Attendees will have the opportunity to take part in various activities at NAB Show, including the Creator Lab, where they will have access to interactive experiences, expert panels, workshops and networking events that will focus on creators, equipment, distribution channels and monetisation techniques. The sessions will also explore the role of AI in the production workflow, the importance of video in corporate messaging, and building a flexible infrastructure to power the creative-first economy.
