This enables organisations to securely extend Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams Copilot to governed enterprise file data managed by CTERA across edge locations, data centres and cloud environments. The integration connects Copilot to enterprise file data through the open Model Context Protocol and CTERA Content Services into the CTERA secure Global File System, enabling users to retrieve accurate, sourcecited answers based on files they are authorised to access. Data remains in place and existing permissions are preserved, removing the need for migrations or custom retrievals. In government, the companies are linking Azure Resource Graph with ServiceNow’s configuration management database to give agencies a single, cross-agency view of assets and dependencies, helping teams spot risks earlier and keep critical services running. In healthcare, Microsoft Purview Compliance Manager is being integrated with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management to support alignment with the industry’s regulations. Meanwhile, Microsoft Fabric is used to give care teams a unified, interoperable view of patient data.
