28 AI consulting firm congruentX has opened its new headquarters in Austin, Texas, USA. The headquarters, named cX Austin Labs, will serve as the firm’s AInative delivery centre. “We chose Austin after a detailed review of talent density, and Austin came out ahead on both ends of the barbell: deep experienced applications and AI talent, and the strongest early career pipeline in the country,” said Marty Priest, CEO of congruentX. “What gets built there are client solutions, agents and repeatable IP, run against the cX Control Tower so the team can see live where a customer is achieving outcomes and where one is lagging, then act on it quickly.” In addition, the firm has launched a new talent development programme, cX Ascent. The expert-led programme is designed to mentor the next generation of congruentX delivery team members, AI engineers and sellers. Engineering and technology company Bosch is scaling its industrial AI portfolio, Manufacturing Co-Intelligence. The portfolio combines semantic data management, domain-specific agentic AI systems and Bosch’s modular shopfloor solutions into a coordinated and collaborative system. Bosch is working with an ecosystem of partners – including Microsoft, Databricks, Capgemini, Deloitte and Bain & Company – to scale Manufacturing Co-Intelligence and deliver measurable results.
