102 INTERVIEW Turning adoption into measurable outcomes Alex Smith asks Andrew Roberts of Zensai about the capabilities of its new Adoption Hub learning platform The Zensai Adoption Hub is a learning solution for Microsoft 365 and Copilot, now available to managed service providers through the Pax8 Marketplace. It delivers learning paths directly inside tools like Teams and Copilot, helping Microsoft partners move beyond license provisioning towards measurable adoption and AI readiness. Andrew Roberts, chief product officer at Zensai, explains the thinking behind the Hub’s design and what it means for partners. What problem were you trying to solve with the Adoption Hub? Across Microsoft 365 and Copilot, we are seeing enthusiasm from businesses that want to modernise how they work. But we also see a common challenge: people receive new tools without necessarily knowing how to apply them in their dayto-day work. For managed service providers, that matters because customer success is measured by value realised, not licenses deployed. If employees are not using the technology their organisation has implemented, it becomes harder to demonstrate return on investment or sustain long-term adoption. What makes the Adoption Hub different from a traditional learning platform? One of our core design principles was removing friction. Traditional learning solutions can require additional portals, separate logins, or lengthy deployment, creating barriers to engagement before learning has even started. The Adoption Hub takes a different approach. Learning is delivered inside the Microsoft ecosystem people already use every day, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint and Copilot. A partner can assign a learning path and users can immediately start developing practical skills. It becomes part of the flow of work rather than another destination employees need to remember to visit. What kind of learning experiences are included? Employees want to understand how AI can help them perform their jobs more effectively. That is why the learning paths are designed around real-world use cases and everyday productivity scenarios that directly relate to their work. Courses such as ‘Your First 10 Minutes with Copilot’ and ‘Instant Decks with Copilot and PowerPoint’ help people understand how the tools can save time, improve output quality and support decision-making. The structured learning is also supported by an AI agent working right inside Copilot. “ Our mission is helping people succeed at work through learning, engagement and performance”
