Accenture and Avanade have been named as Microsoft’s Alliance Partner of the Year for the ninth consecutive year, and the twelfth time overall.
As voted by Microsoft global sales, the Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards recognise Microsoft partners that have developed and delivered exceptional Microsoft-based solutions during the past year.
Accenture and Avanade received the award for their extensive industry and technology expertise and ability to help customers realise results with digital, cloud-based solutions.
“Earning this top recognition for nine consecutive years is unequivocal proof that we are the recognised leader in helping clients transform their businesses using Microsoft technologies,” said Paul Daugherty, Accenture’s chief technology officer and chair of the Avanade board of firectors. “Working with Avanade and Microsoft, we use “the power of three” to deliver leading services for Azure, Office 365 and Windows, along with new innovations such as Hololens, that are more relevant than ever for clients.”
Together, Accenture and Avanade have collaborated on more than 10,000 Microsoft-based business and public service projects for more than 4,000 global clients.Avanade has 23 Microsoft Gold Partner Network Competencies, and Avanade and Accenture together have more than 24,000 certifications in Microsoft technology.
