We want you to be able to connect your existing systems to our platform: whether it’s accounting software, billing and ticketing, product catalogues, enterprise resource planning (ERP) integration, or CRM.

With two straightforward options, you’ll be able to achieve full process integration, creating seamless workflows for both your customers and your employees. You can choose between already-available, pre-built, Application programming interface (API) bridges or, if you prefer, work directly with the interworks.cloud platform’s set of APIs.

How our pre-built integrations work

Our catalogue of pre-built integrations lets you connect a broad range of cutting-edge applications from leading vendors. As long as your application supports RESTful API, you can integrate it.

And there’s no development effort involved: you can define all the data-synchronisation scenarios using a simple JSON document that uses the OpenAPI-Specification (v3) Standard. JSON–JavaScript Object Notation–is an easy and popular way to exchange data, used by both Twitter and Facebook. All you have to do is register a new connector, and we’ll provide you with a pre-filled sample JSON Specification. You can then follow our guidelines to define the authentication, API paths, and object schemas of the third-party system API, along with the transformation schemas.

Once you’re up and running, our own queue mechanism syncs your data automatically. Its intelligent features ensure that all too common sync glitches can’t stop the operation–and that it goes back, and keeps trying, until the whole sync is successful.

And that’s it: full software integration–a veritable piece of cake.
