Letsignit launches email signature solution for Office 365

Software firm Letsignit has launched a new offering for Microsoft Office 365 to give organisations control over their employee’s email signatures.

Hosted on Microsoft Azure, Letsignit is integrated into the Microsoft Office 365 cloud-based productivity suite and enables companies to standardise employee email signatures through a centrally managed system. Each entity, brand, business unit, country or specific group can autonomously manage its own communication from the same central console.

“We’re pleased to see Letsignit’s commitment to Microsoft,” said Rob Howard, Microsoft’s director of Office Ecosystem. “Through its integration with Microsoft Office 365, Letsignit is helping provide our mutual customers with enhanced options for their email management.”

“Our solution, Letsignit, meets the new expectations of companies that want to standardise their email signatures to convey messages both internally and externally,” said Damien Neyret, CEO at Letsignit. “Plug-in deployment, on the heavy email client, allows users to automatically apply the correct signature. It’s a very simple and intuitive experience.”

The benefits of Letsignit include effective signature management, flexibility of use and increased productivity.

ASL Airlines has been using the solution for some time. “Since we have been using Letsignit, all of our emails follow in-house style and our employees have become ambassadors of our brand,” said Francis Brisedoux, ASL Airlines’ IT manager.
