The RSA Conference (RSAC) 2019 attracts over 50,000 attendees per year, this time focusing on how cybersecurity can help us, and the world around us, be better. The event serves as a marketplace for the latest technologies and educational opportunities that help industry professionals make their companies more secure, while showcasing enterprising and influential thinkers and leaders in today’s security sector.
This year’s theme is ‘Better’ – and will explore how businesses are working hard to find better solutions; making better connections with peers from around the world; and keeping the digital world safe so we can concentrate on with making the real world a better place.
The event will give attendees the chance to learn about the latest cybersecurity developments in expert-led sessions, keynotes and seminars. They will also have the opportunity to try new products and solutions and to network with thousands of peers, including infosec insiders.
Returning for its 14th year, the RSAC Innovation Sandbox Contest attracts those innovators who have made it their mission to minimise infosec risk. Each year, 10 finalists grab the spotlight for a three-minute pitch while demonstrating security technologies to the broader RSA Conference community.
This year, the title is ‘RSAC Most Innovative Startup 2019’. Past winners include successful companies such as Phantom, Invincea, and BigID. Over the past five years, the top 10 finalists have collectively received over $2.05 billion in investments. Submit your company for the RSAC Innovation Sandbox Contest here, before 4 December 2018.
The RSAC Launch Pad is also accepting submission until 4 December 2018. Think you’ve cracked the code to an important security challenge? If you are on the cusp of launching your product, don’t miss the chance to be one of three participants to compete in this competition for investments by security venture capitalists.
