Document management company KnowledgeLake has released a new cloud-based solution that will allow customers to capture, process and route business content.

The cloud capture platform provides users with the ability to route content to multiple repositories and systems including SharePoint and OneDrive.

The platform also allows the development of further integration with RP accounting systems and other line-of-business applications.

“With over 50% of companies using at least three repositories, businesses are challenged with proper information governance, employee productivity and speedy decision-making, depending on the accuracy and availability of their content,” said Bernie Schweiss, KnowledgeLake CEO. “We’re excited to launch our cloud-based, distributed capture solution which standardizes document processing and helps ensure compliance and governance of such organisations’ content.

In a recent blog post, Alayne Pregeant, VP of marketing at KnowledgeLake, wrote that “the high-quality capture offering is built on an intuitive cloud-based framework, providing powerful extensibility. With no software to install, our cloud-based solution provides organisations of all sizes the efficiency of quickly capturing and tagging documents or batches while the platform routes content based on business rules to your repository of choice.”
