Bank of America has worked with the Microsoft User Experience team to launch a new Windows 10 mobile app to expand mobile banking offerings to customers.
Customers can use Microsoft’s virtual assistant Cortana to view their banking transactions and account balances, and directly navigate to the screens to pay bills, transfer money, find the nearest banking locations and contact customer service.
Top features include People Hub Integration, which allows users to import their phone contacts into the app and transfer funds to their accounts. It also offers Financial Center and ATM Locator capabilities.
